1) No refunds are issued to competitors once an event has been entered unless an event has had to be cancelled in advance of its taking place. In this instance, entry fees shall be refunded in full by the organizers upon request. Refunds shall be paid within 28 days of the written request by the competitor to the organizer for the refunded monies and shall be made by company check from Rosstoberfest payable to the individual requesting the refund. These refunds shall be made to the person requesting the refund only and not as team aggregate amounts.
2) A refund may be requested if an event is postponed to another date.
3) If an event is re-located, no refunds shall be given if the event is re-located within an area of 50 miles radius of the initial published event location.
4) No partial refunds on entries are available, but a credit may be given towards future events at the discretion of the organizer.
5) Where equipment is provided to competitors, all reasonable care is expected to be exercised by competitors over this equipment. If it can be seen that competitors damage equipment maliciously or where negligence has been show in the care of such equipment, the organizer reserves the right to be compensated in respect of this equipment to the tune of the replacement value of the goods.
6) Refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of the organizer and such changes shall be published within this refund policy and/ or on the website of the event to which the change applies.
